Bearing Witness: Tribute Panel for Anas al-Sharif & Gaza's Murdered Journalists

Join the Palestinian Youth Movement for an evening commorating Gaza's martyred journalists
As we approach one year since Anas al-Sharif’s martyrdom we invite you to join PYM Britain on Friday 14th August at Palestine House for a panel discussion, and a travelling exhibit by organisers at University of Edinburgh to honour Anas and all of the 309+ martyred journalists in Palestine, Lebanon and the region.

We’re honoured to be joined by leading voices in Palestinian and Western journalism and media.
Our panel will be moderated by the PYM and will include:

Ahmed Al-Naouq - Palestinian journalist at Palestine Deepdive
Mariam Al-Sayeh - journalist & media researcher for Al Jazeera
Malak Tantesh - reporter for The Guardian formerly based in Gaza
