Dream a Lill Documentary and Collaborative Project
The Chicago art community is celebrated not only for its excellence but for its welcoming and collaborative nature. There is an openness and friendliness within the Chicago Arts and Lillstreet Art Center is the very embodiment of this ethos. Lillstreet started in Lincoln Park 50 years ago and has evolved into the thriving and dynamic art community it is today. Join us for a viewing of the new documentary, Dream A Lill - produced by Good Chaos in partnership with the Lillstreet team. Following the viewing we will have a lively discussion around art and community with Lillstreet’s Director of Ceramics Programming, Kirin Kane, and showcase the work of one of their artists in residence. The night will culminate in a collaborative project that will be exhibited at Pallas Studio for the following weeks.
We will serve drinks and a creative take on movie concessions. The event is free to attend but space is limited so please let us know if your plans change!
