Description
I welcome late entrants up until the end of Tuesday 14th January - please sign up and I'll send you helpful information about how to catch up on the content you've missed so far.
I'm delighted to share that my Four Week programme now includes additional benefits. Read on for more details...
My four week interactive course provides you with all of the help and support that I provide via my 1:1 sessions, but in a more accessible way. I've taken all of the best advice and experience I've built from guiding scores of people through my Life Rescue Programme, and turned it into an approach that's the perfect blend of distance learning and live interaction. Find out more here, including what’s covered each week.
My 1:1 service has a 7 month waiting list at the moment, so this really is a great way to get to work with me directly much sooner than my coaching capacity permits
The course introduces the key elements of my Life Rescue framework over four weeks of content. In less than a month you’ll feel that you’re well on your way to coping more consistently, and predictably, with your fatigue symptoms. You'll start to feel much more hopeful about the future.
The format allows you to interact with me and your fellow participants as much as you feel comfortable doing - all webinars are recorded and shared afterwards, so you can choose whether to attend as they happen or wait and watch the recording at a time that works best for you. Many attendees choose to participate discreetly without engaging with the live events and facebook discussion. But for those of you who find regular interactions helpful and motivating, you’ll have lots of opportunities to engage with me and ask questions throughout. This also means that you never feel you have to push yourself to attend a webinar if you’re having a particularly difficult day.
If you live in a part of the world that has a considerably different timezone to the UK, this format works brilliantly. You can watch the webinar recordings, and use the Facebook group to interact with your fellow participants. You’re welcome to send me questions offline, which I’ll cover during the Q&A’s for you to watch back when it’s convenient for you.
The ticket price of £240 includes 3 x weekly webinars, 3 x weekly live Q&A sessions, plus membership of a closed Facebook-based group where all materials are stored in a series of units for you to work through. There are also daily tips and prompts about the topics we're discussing that week.
In addition, I'm delighted to announce that the programme now includes the following additional benefits:
- a fifth 'soft support week' to allow you to access my ongoing support within the Facebook group while you review the guidance I've provided, and build your personal fatigue rescue plan
- a month's membership of my Fatigue Rescue Encouragement Group - a private support group only available to those who have worked with me 1:1 or this group programme
- vouchers to choose from 2 of my on-demand webinars at no extra cost (if you've already purchased them all, you can swap this to another month's support group membership)
Live sessions are recorded to allow you to watch at a later date, but many find it hugely valuable to attend them as they're happening. To allow you to check if that's an option for you, here are the dates and times of all live sessions:
Instructional webinars:
Week 1 - Thursday 9th January - 2pm - 3pm
Week 2 - Thursday 16th January - 2pm - 3pm
There is then a gap of two weeks to give you time to put my pacing guidance into practice
Week 4 - Thursday 30th January - 2pm - 3pm
Informal Q&A sessions:
Week 1: Tuesday 14th January - 2pm - 2.45pm
Week 2: Tuesday 21st January - 2pm - 2.45pm
There is no Q&A in-between second and third weeks of content.
Week 4: Tuesday 4th February - 2pm - 3.15pm (a longer session to allow for final questions)
Times listed are in UK-time, use this link to work out the time in your part of the world.
I keep the number of participants each intake to a maximum of 20 to ensure everyone has access to me when they need it.
IMPORTANT: The Facebook group is an important element of this course - if you don't already have an account I can send instructions as to how to temporarily set up a restricted/hidden profile for the purpose of this group, and then how to deactivate it again afterwards. I appreciate not everyone is a fan of Facebook, but I'm keen to keep the price of this course as low as possible and there's no other platform that offers what I need for free.
NB: This event is listed as starting at 9am on Day 1 because that's when the Facebook group content launches. Times of the actual live webinars are detailed above.
