Tips for travelling successfully when you've got fatigue

Description
It's important that we look for ways to bring joyful moments into our lives while we're on a fatigue rescue journey - and at this time of year I often help my clients work through whether (and how!) to plan a vacation. It's often the case that they're wondering if it's something they should even contemplate while they're unwell, let alone dare hope that it could go well and that they'd enjoy it!
But the wonderful news is that I've seen so many people enjoy trips away when they're tackling their fatigue challenge. Indeed it's often the case that it goes far better than they'd dared hope - and in many cases, even appears to boost their level of wellness rather than have a detrimental effect. But the key thing is that they've all *made* this happen through careful planning and attention to some helpful areas.
I've helped many people enjoy successful vacations during my six years as a Fatigue Coach and I've seen which things are particularly helpful for them to consider. And that's what I'm going to be talking about at this event - my top tips and pieces of guidance as to how to plan and enjoy a trip away, including:
- general pacing tips for travelling
- helpful things to bear in mind while planning your trip
- specific tips for different modes of transport (car, train, plane)
- things you can do on arrival/your return to ensure the overall trip goes as well as it can
- the easy mindset switch that can make ALL the difference!
My presentation will last 30/35 minutes, and the rest of the event will be a group Q&A. My talk will be recorded and shared with all ticket buyers afterwards, so please don't worry if you can't attend while it's happening - you'll be able to watch back at a time that works for you. If you know you won't be able to be there on the day, please feel free to send any questions to pamela@pamelarose.co.uk and I'll do my best to include in the Q&A portion of the event.
