The programme is almost underway, with a lovely group of participants already connecting in the private community ahead of our first webinar tomorrow (Thursday 19th). If you’d still like to join us, you’re very welcome to register until the end of the day on Tuesday 24th March. Once you've signed up, I'll email you some simple instructions around how to catch up on content shared so far in your own time.

All about the Course

My four week interactive course provides you with all of the help and support that I provide via my 1:1 sessions, but in a more accessible way. I've taken all of the best advice and experience I've built from guiding scores of people through my Life Rescue Programme, and turned it into an approach that's the perfect blend of distance learning and live interaction. Find out more here, including what’s covered each week.

My 1:1 service has a considerable wait time at the moment, so this really is a great way to get to work with me directly much sooner than my coaching capacity permits

Over four weeks, this programme guides you through the key elements of my Life Rescue framework. In less than a month, you’ll begin to feel more stable and consistent in how you manage your fatigue symptoms—and more hopeful about what lies ahead. We focus on the fundamentals that truly matter when living with fatigue: pacing and energy management, managing your daily emotions, practical nutritional guidance, improving sleep, introducing early brain-rewiring techniques, learning how to know when you're at baseline, and creating a clear, supportive plan to steer you throughout your journey.

These four weeks are often the first step in someone’s journey that genuinely feels helpful. While the programme can support those who have been navigating fatigue for some time and have already made progress, it’s especially valuable for anyone struggling to find that first sense of stability or see meaningful improvement. It offers a solid foundation—helping you reach a steadier place before deciding whether other approaches may be useful, such as brain training, nervous system work, nutritional support, or gut-focused interventions. Until a degree of consistency is established, it’s often hard to know what will truly help. For many people, the guidance provided over these four weeks is enough on its own to support a return to feeling well. Every journey is unique.

The format allows you to interact with me and your fellow participants as much as you feel comfortable doing - all webinars are recorded and shared afterwards, so you can choose whether to attend as they happen or wait and watch the recording at a time that works best for you. Many attendees choose to participate discreetly without engaging with the live events and facebook discussion. But for those of you who find regular interactions helpful and motivating, you’ll have lots of opportunities to engage with me and ask questions throughout. This also means that you never feel you have to push yourself to attend a webinar if you’re having a particularly difficult day.

If you live in a part of the world that has a considerably different timezone to the UK, this format works brilliantly. You can watch the webinar recordings, and use the Facebook group to interact with your fellow participants. You’re welcome to send me questions offline, which I’ll cover during the Q&A’s for you to watch back when it’s convenient for you.

The ticket price of £260 includes 3 x weekly webinars, 3 x weekly live Q&A sessions, plus membership of a closed Facebook-based group where all materials are stored in a series of units for you to work through. There are also daily tips and prompts about the topics we're discussing that week.

In addition, I'm delighted to announce that the programme now includes the following additional benefits:

  • a fifth 'soft support week' to allow you to access my ongoing support within the Facebook group while you review the guidance I've provided, and build your personal fatigue rescue plan
  • a month's membership of my Fatigue Rescue Encouragement Group - a private support group only available to those who have worked with me 1:1 or this group programme
  • vouchers to choose from 2 of my on-demand webinars at no extra cost (if you've already purchased them all, you can swap this to another month's support group membership)

Live sessions are recorded to allow you to watch at a later date, but many find it hugely valuable to attend them as they're happening. To allow you to check if that's an option for you, here are the dates and times of all live sessions:

Instructional webinars:
Week 1 - Thursday 19th March 2026 4-5pm UK
Week 2 - Thursday 26th March 2026 4-5pm UK
There is then a gap of two weeks to give you time to put my pacing guidance into practice
Week 4 - Thursday 9th April 2026 4-5pm UK

Informal Q&A sessions:
Week 1: Tuesday 24th March 2026 3.30-4.15pm UK
Week 2: Tuesday 31st March 2026 3.30-4.15pm UK
There is no Q&A in-between second and third weeks of content.
Week 4: Tuesday 14th April 2026 3.30-4.45pm UK (a longer session to allow for final questions)

Times listed are in UK-time, use this link to work out the time in your part of the world.

I keep the number of participants each intake to a maximum of 20 to ensure everyone has access to me when they need it.

IMPORTANT: The Facebook group is an important element of this course - if you don't already have an account I can send instructions as to how to temporarily set up a restricted/hidden profile for the purpose of this group, and then how to deactivate it again afterwards.  I appreciate not everyone is a fan of Facebook, but I'm keen to keep the price of this course as low as possible and there's no other platform that offers what I need for free.

NB: This event is listed as starting at 9am on Day 1 because that's when the Facebook group content launches. Times of the actual live webinars are detailed above.
