Local author gives a special talk at the Panacea Museum

Ruth Hogan will be giving a talk on her latest book The Light a Candle Society at the Museum, on Saturday 18th April. Ruth will also be discussing her strong connection and deep love for the Foster Hill Road Cemetery. Many Panacea Society Members are buried there, including the founder Mabel ‘Octavia’ Barltrop. There will be plenty of time for audience questions after the talk, along with a chance to meet the author and buy copies of the book, which comes out in paperback on 12th March.

The talk will be held in the 'Bishops' Meeting room' in our 'Castleside' building, and will start at 2.30pm.
