• Personalised video message emailed to the lead bookers email address, before the date of your photo opportunity with the player.

By booking your Birthday Experience Package, you agree to the following terms and conditions below:

• Game tickets aren't included in the Birthday Experience Package and will need to be purchased separately.
• If booking a Panthers Gold package, the video message will be sent by email before your photo opportunity with the player.
• We need both a 1st and 2nd choice of your favourite players on the checkout form.
• In the event of your 1st and 2nd choice players being unavailable for any reason, we will attempt to contact you prior to the game on the contact details you have provided to discuss alternative selections.
• Due to strict timescales prior to the game, you will be required to enter the arena via the hospitality entrance (behind Panthersland on Bolero Square) and arrive at the T&D's café (formerly Encore) no later than 2 hours before the face-off/event start time shown above, where a club representative will meet you to start your experience. If you do arrive any later than the specified time, we cannot guarantee that meeting your choice of player will be available to you and the full amount of the birthday experience will still be payable at the Panthers VIP desk.
• Please notify us of any specific conditions relating to walking or mobility for the intended Birthday Package experience participant or their accompanying guest - Due to limited and uneven areas in the backstage arena we would need to ensure there is no potential hazardous issues.
• If in the event a game is rescheduled, we will contact you directly. As you have booked the package already your place will be automatically held for the new fixture
• We will contact you approximately 3 weeks before the game takes place in order to obtain any further necessary information required.
• Due to restrictions and health and safety, there is a maximum of 2 people (including the participant) that will be allowed to meet their favourite player, as part of the birthday package experience.
• For anyone under the age of 16, you must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.
• The remaining balance will be required in cash or card on the day of the game by a club representative. Please note that if paying by cash the exact amount is required due to the Panthers VIP desk not having a change facility.
• Deposit paid at the time of booking is non refundable in the event of cancellation.
