Scotland World Cup Viewing – Ticket Information

Important Information – Please Read Before Attending

• Maximum 4 tickets per holiday home.

• Tickets issued on a first come first served basis.

• Venue access is strictly limited to guests currently holidaying with Parkdean Resorts and registered Holiday Home Owners only.

• This is a strictly Over 18s only event. Valid photographic ID may be requested on entry.

• Guests must arrive and be inside the venue at least 20 minutes before kick-off. Late entry may be delayed or refused to minimise disruption during the event.

• All attendees must present their QR code ticket on arrival. Tickets will be scanned and exchanged for an event wristband, which must be worn at all times while in the venue.

• Management reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any guest whose behaviour is considered unsafe, disruptive, intoxicated, or inappropriate.

• Due to the late-night / early-hours nature of the event and to support our local community, there will be no designated smoking area or re-entry permitted during the event in order to minimise external noise disturbance.

• At the conclusion of the match, all guests are required to leave the venue within 15 minutes to allow for a safe and respectful dispersal.

• The bar will open 30 minutes before kick-off and will close 30 minutes before the end of the match.

• For safety and licensing purposes, all drinks will be served in plastic glasses only.

• No food or drink may be brought into the venue. Bag checks may be carried out where required.

• By attending the event, guests agree to follow all venue rules, staff instructions, and licensing regulations to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.
