From the cultural heart of our Amphitheater to the lush gardens, sweeping lawns, and iconic spaces like mister parker’s, Parker Sessions blend immersive performances and provocative conversations with unexpected collaborations.

The Inaugural Launch: Art & Music Session Nicholas Galanin + Ya Tseen, benefitting Desert X

Join us on Saturday, October 17, 2026 for the inaugural launch of Parker Sessions. For our opening night, we are proud to partner with Desert X, one of the world's leading commissioners of site responsive contemporary art. With Desert X, Galanin created one of the most unforgettable installations for its 2021 Coachella Valley edition: Never Forget. An acclaimed multidisciplinary artist, Nicholas Galanin explores the powerful intersection of contemporary art and live music with his band, Ya Tseen. Proceeds from this program will help support Desert X's 10th anniversary in 2027.

Saturday, October 17 | Evening Program

• 4:30 PM – 5:00 PM | Guest Arrival: Doors open at the Amphitheater as guests begin to arrive and gather on the estate.
• 5:00 PM – 5:45 PM | Art Salon "In Conversation": Host Mrs. Nancy Magoon and Nicholas Galanin will take the stage for an intimate, thought-provoking conversation facilitated by a leading media cultural critic.
• 6:00 PM – 6:45 PM | Live Music Performance: The Amphitheater transforms into a full live music venue as Ya Tseen continues their set, blending indigenous perspectives with contemporary soundscapes.
• 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM | VIP Benefactor Dinner: Following the music, VIP ticket holders move to mister parker's for an exclusive dining experience hosted by Mrs. Nancy Magoon and Nicholas Galanin.
