Join SMÜG for a rejuvenating 50 minute sauna and cold water plunge experience by the lake, immersed in nature.
This experience is independently operated and delivered by SMÜG, specialists in creating restorative sauna and cold water experiences that leave you feeling refreshed, energised and connected.
More than anything, SMÜG is about that feeling. The post sauna, post plunge, glowing, clear headed, slightly amazed version of yourself.

Set against the beautiful lakeside surroundings of the Cheshire Wellness Festival, you'll experience the benefits of heat, cold and community in a carefully guided session designed to help you reset and recharge.
Wherever they go, whatever the setting, SMÜG's aim is simple: to create well run sessions that help people feel good in their bodies, connected to the people around them, and leave feeling just a little bit smug.
Important Booking Information
- This is a SMÜG operated add on experience and is not included within your Cheshire Wellness Festival ticket.
- A valid Cheshire Wellness Festival admission ticket is required to purchase and attend this add on.
- If you do not hold a festival ticket, you will not be able to access the festival site or attend your sauna and cold water plunge session.
Duration: 50 Minutes
Location: SMÜG will be located just to the left of the Cheshire Wellness Festival entrance. Keep an eye out for the sauna – it's pretty hard to miss!
What to Bring:
A towel to sit on whilst using the sauna.A separate towel for drying off after your plunge.Suitable swimwear or sauna clothing.
Waiver: All participants will be required to read and sign a health waiver before taking part in the sauna and cold water plunge experience.
