PASC UK Cymru 182 Self-Catering Owners Meeting

This is a free event for owners, operators, agencies and property managers across Wales

When we meet, there will be just a week and a half left to respond to the Welsh Government’s 182-day consultation, now is the time for our sector to come together. PASC UK is holding a free in-person meeting, and anyone involved in self-catering and short-term accommodation across Wales is welcome.

Members and non-members are very welcome.

This is a chance to meet other operators in the same boat, compare experiences and get the latest information on the issues affecting your business.

The PASC UK team has been meeting with MSs and Welsh Government officials throughout the 182-day debate.

We will share what we have learned and, most importantly, help you formulate your own response to the 182 consultation before the deadline.

We will also bring you up to speed on the other major changes coming down the track in Wales and provide helpful insight, including:

• PASC UK – The Self-Catering landscape in Wales and how to make your 182 consultation response count

• Local booking data – so that you can see how your calendars and rates compare

• Go North Wales – will be on hand to talk about what they’re doing to increase the visibility of Pembrokeshire to potential Guests and support your business

• The WRA will walk us through Registration, what operators need to know and do, and by when

• Zeal Tax will make sure you have identified and claimed the Capital Allowances linked to your property before the January 2027 deadline, and hear how to tackle your 25/26 tax return and why it will look a little bit different

There will also be time to ask questions, talk directly with the PASC UK team and meet fellow owners and operators.

Our sector in Wales has faced intervention after intervention. This meeting is about bringing the industry together, sharing information and making sure operators have the evidence they need to make their voices heard.
