Welcome to Past Souls Paranormal. By booking and participating in any of our events or activities, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are designed to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants. Please read them carefully before making a booking.

General Conditions

1 - Eligibility:
Most of our events are for persons aged 18 and over. Some venues do allow younger guests to attend but please contact us first to check this prior to making a booking.

2 - Booking Confirmation:
A booking is confirmed only when full payment has been received. All bookings are subject to availability.

3 - Personal Conduct:
Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and safe manner during events. Past Souls Paranormal reserves the right to remove any participant acting inappropriately, without refund.

4 - Health and Safety:
Participants are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit to participate in the activities. Any pre-existing medical conditions should be disclosed at the time of booking.

Payments and Cancellations

1 - Payment Terms:
Payment in full is required at the time of booking. We accept various forms of payment as specified on our website.

2 - Refund Policy:
Past Souls Paranormal are not liable to issue a refund if a guest can’t attend a booking once that booking is made for any reason. You are, however, entitled to sell your tickets to a third party. If you sell your tickets, then you must let us know.

If Past Souls Paranormal has to cancel an event for reasons outside of our control and no alternative date is offered, then a full refund will be issued.

if we have to postpone an event for any reason and offer you a new date for the same event, then we do not have to issue a refund as this is not classed as a full cancellation but a postponement.

If guests can’t attend the new arranged date, then a credit note will be offered for the full monies paid, to be used on other events up to 365 days from the date of issue.

Liability and Disclaimer

1 - Assumption of Risk:
By participating in our events, you acknowledge that paranormal investigations may involve unpredictable and potentially hazardous situations. You participate at your own risk.

2 - Limitation of Liability:
Past Souls Paranormal, its employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from participation in our events.

Privacy and Data Protection

1 - Data Collection:
We collect personal information necessary for the booking and administration of events.

2 - Use of Images and Recordings:
Guests are not permitted to take video footage at any of our locations without written consent from Past Souls Paranormal Ltd. Participants consent to the use of any photographs or other media taken during events for promotional purposes by Past Souls Paranormal.

Abuse Regarding Our Social Media Platforms

If a guest is seen to be posting negative or abusive comments on our social media pages, we have the right to remove such posts and block that individual from our pages permanently.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Past Souls Paranormal operates. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
