The day will include-
👑 An Introduction To The Male Archetypes- King/Warrior/Magician/Lover
The male archetypes offer an understanding of the aspects of the male psyche and explore the emotions of joy, anger, grief and fear. Understanding these aspects in their shadow and healthy expressions allow us to better understand our behaviours, beliefs and emotions.

🌅 Sharing Circles and Authentic Relating Tools
Space and concepts to allow for deeper connection and dropping from the head to the heart, communicating honestly and authentically with a greater understanding of feelings and needs.

🥋 Trauma and Tension Release Exercises
Whilst we often think of stress as being a part of the 'thinking' mind, in truth stress, tension and trauma are held in the physical body. This simple series of exercises allow us to release deeply held stress and tension.

🧘‍♂️ Connected Breathwork For Emotional Release and Deep Relaxation
Connected breath work allows us to drop from the head and come into the body to connect with emotion and physical sensations. From here we can express emotion, gain insight and clarity and experience deep rest and relaxation.

🥶 Cold Immersion and Time In Nature
We will take time to walk and connect in a beautiful local woodland and will get a sea swim in to embrace the cold!
