Mon 8 Jul 2024 4:30 PM - 5:30 PM BST
Online, Zoom
Description
The The Importance of What is Not Said webinar covers:
- What we can do in advance to help us listen better in the moment
- What we know about our audiences and how we can better target their needs
- Your practical and emotional objectives
- How to read the room (body language and word choices)
- Value of silence as a conversational tool
- Engaging an audience through storytelling-based techniques such as "Yes Set", "Yes Ladder" and "Mirroring"
The webinar includes a chat-based exercise on targeting a story to an audience.
The webinar is brought to you with storytelling expert Hari Patience-Davies, specialist at Patience Davies Consulting. Hari is an engaging speaker who spent two years training Accenture's staff in the art of storytelling, so don't miss this opportunity to access her expertise. It is designed to be a live experience and will take one hour. It will not be recorded but we plan however to run it again later this year.
The webinars counts towards your off the job training records.
Joining details will be sent shortly before the event via Ticket Tailor email.
