Led by award-winning chocolatier Steven Lodge, you’ll explore the art of chocolate making — from tempering to truffle rolling, moulding to decorating. No experience needed, just a love of chocolate and a sense of curiosity.
You’ll use professional tools, learn key techniques, and take home everything you create — along with the confidence to make them again.
