This creative, hands-on workshop is the perfect introduction to the world of pulled, blown and poured sugar. Designed for beginners, you'll learn the fundamental techniques used by professional pastry chefs to create elegant sugar showpieces.
No previous sugar experience is needed, but this workshop is best suited to people who enjoy working with their hands and being creative. If you've enjoyed baking, cake decorating, arts and crafts, modelling, painting or any other creative hobby, you'll love learning these beautiful sugar techniques.
Working step by step with expert guidance throughout, you'll create your own stunning underwater-inspired sugar sculpture featuring blown sugar fish, decorative rock sugar, seashells and a delicate pulled sugar flower.
