Patisserie House Unique Cooked Sugar Class – Making Swans

Join us at Patisserie House for a very special hands-on sugar craft workshop, where you will learn the art of creating an elegant sugar swan.

This unique one-off class is a rare opportunity to learn from two experienced sugar artists, with Patisserie House joined by the sugar craft teacher who first taught and inspired our own sugar work. Together, you will be guided through professional sugar techniques, sharing knowledge, experience, and skills throughout the session.

This workshop has been carefully designed to give you the confidence to work with sugar while creating a beautiful decorative piece to take home.

What You Will Make

During the workshop, you will create:

• An elegant pulled sugar swan
• A delicate sugar flower decoration
• Additional decorative elements may be added depending on the pace and progress of the class
