Yo-in

Yo-in is a Japanese word that describes the enduring resonance of an experience, the invisible echo that continues to enrich the senses, emotions, or memory long after the experience has ended.

This will be a collaboration between chef Paddy Phillips and the creative minds behind The Studio in Galway's beautiful West End.

The menu will feature eight courses of Japanese influenced food inspired by the chef's travels around Japan. Reinterpreted through a modern lens, local and Irish ingredients will be centre-stage, enhanced by Japanese technique and seasonings.

The experience will feature Japanese teas to complement the meal, expertly brewed by the chef who is also a student of fine Japanese tea preparation.

The guest is also permitted to bring their own wine to enjoy with the meal at no charge.

Due to the complex nature of the menu, unfortunately no allergies or dietary requirements can be catered for.
