BEGINNER Max 8 players per lesson
The beginner’s group is for those who are new to or returning to the game. Focusing mostly on technique and developing rallying skills.
Wednesday 5.30-6.30pm (coach Andrew) and Saturday 10-11am *new time* (coach Jack C)

IMPROVER/INTERMEDIATE Max 8 players per lesson
The improver/intermediate group is for those who are comfortable with serving and rallying. Looking to develop control of the ball, new shots and match play.
Wednesday 6.30-7.30pm (coach Andrew) and Saturday 2-3pm (coach Jack B)

CARDIO Max 8 players per lesson (sorry, this group is cancelled until further notice)
A high-energy, fun and fast-paced workout on court! Each session is built around a weekly theme, using dynamic drills and live rallies to keep you moving, competing and improving. Expect lots of hitting, plenty of points, and a great cardio burn — all in a supportive, motivating atmosphere.
Perfect for players who want to get fitter while sharpening their tennis skills.
Saturday 10-11am 

MIXED-GENDER MATCH PLAY (intermediate/advanced) Max 12 players per lesson
Match play sessions are for intermediate/advanced players only and offer a structured way for players to compete against each other. Match play sessions are a great way to develop your tactical game, whilst also developing confidence, and mental toughness.
Friday 7-8pm (coach Ellis)

F.A.Q.
What to bring? Please bring your own racket, all other equipment is provided. Let us know if you don't have your own racket yet and the coach will bring a demo racket for your first lesson.

Where to go? Please make your way directly to the outdoor courts at Braywick Leisure Centre.

What about the weather? Tennis continues in light rain. In case of wet / bad weather the lead coach will assess the courts around an hour before the start of the lesson. If you don't hear from us the lesson will go ahead however we will be in contact in case of a cancellation. You will then receive a credit and can carry your booking over to a different day.

Can't make your lesson? We understand that life can be busy! We will cancel and refund in full with 7 days' notice emailed to admin@livingtennis.co.uk.
We require 24 notice to admin@livingtennis.co.uk to change your booking to a different day. Sorry we're no longer able to change your booking when notified on the day.

We need a minimum of 3 players to run the session, you will receive a full credit in case of a cancellation. Please note that lessons continue in light rain. The coach will cancel the lesson should it be too wet or too slippery, in that case you will be automatically notified and receive a credit.
