Mass in E Minor

First performed in 1869, the E minor Mass by Anton Bruckner stands apart from almost all other 19th century sacred works, in its scoring for eight-part choir and 15 wind instruments. Paired with the acapella motets of Bruckner and a selection of works for wind ensemble, this concert of rich choral writing will be an immersive, transformative experience. Presented in collaboration with the University of Toronto Wind Ensemble.
