Join us for a beautiful 4-mile loop at Los Liones with Professor Marvin Belzer. Los Liones offers moderate elevation gain, beautiful blooms, and breath-taking views of the ocean and city.

Even better than the views is the company of our hikers and our professor, Dr. Marvin Belzer. As Associate Director of the Mindful Awareness Research Center at UCLA, Dr. Belzer leads undergraduate seminars on mindfulness and meditation. Take a break and reset with us for insight into his interesting career path and some meditation in the great outdoors.
