Working with concepts of contraction/release, spiral of the body, and shift of weight, Jesse Factor will lead participants through Martha Graham’s iconic movement vocabulary in ways that prioritize the use of breath, opposition, and concepts of ease and efficiency. Yielding and radiating, participants will cultivate collaboration, physical exploration, and creativity. All levels are welcome.
