Adults attending without children will unwind in the dedicated peaceful Elite Integrative Wellness Center Adult Wellness Retreat area, while Parents and children will enjoy the PEDS360+ Family Wellness Experience within a thoughtfully designed pediatric wellness center featuring a teaching kitchen, hydroponic growing area, yoga room, creative art room, dedicated massage room, and engaging physician-guided wellness experiences created for the entire family.

Each experience offers its own serene atmosphere, physician-guided wellness experiences, expert wellness professionals, healthy living education, food, fun and immersive activities thoughtfully designed to continue your wellness journey long after the evening ends.

• Physician guidance on healthy living, lifestyle, stress reduction, movement, nutrition, sleep, and restorative wellness strategies appropriate for your goals

This educational wellness session is designed to provide physician-guided wellness education and healthy lifestyle recommendations. It is not a medical evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, establishment of a physician-patient relationship, or a substitute for individualized medical care. If medical evaluation or treatment is needed, a separate clinical appointment may be required.

Family Wellness Experience

Families will enjoy a dedicated wellness area hosted by PEDS 360+, where children, tweens, teens, and parents can learn, participate in healthy activities, and explore healthy living together.

Activities may include:

• Yoga and mindful movement for children, tweens, and teens
• Parent education with a licensed massage therapist demonstrating simple massage techniques for home use
• Mental health specialist informational sessions
• Creative wellness and hands-on educational activities
• Hydroponics education and demonstration
• Healthy food tasting
• Family wellness resources
• Opportunities to meet pediatric healthcare professionals and learn practical ways to support children's physical, emotional, and developmental well-being.

Child Wellness Add-On Experiences

Children may be added to any adult ticket package.

Tier 1 Child Add-On ($35)

• Access to one activity from one experience block
• Includes one educational wellness session

Tier 2 Child Add-On ($46)

• Access to one activity from two different experience blocks
• Includes one educational wellness session

Tier 3 Child Add-On ($59)

• Access to one activity from three different experience blocks
• Includes one educational wellness session

All child activities require advance registration and are subject to capacity limits in order to maintain safe occupancy and an optimal participant experience.

Activity Availability

Participants will be asked to select preferred activities during registration. If a selected activity reaches capacity:

• Families may be placed on a waitlist if available.
• Families may be asked to select an alternate activity within the same experience block.
• Event organizers reserve the right to adjust activity assignments to maintain safe occupancy levels and participant flow throughout the event.

Registration Acknowledgment

By registering for children's programming, participants acknowledge that:

• Activity placements are subject to availability.
• Activity selections are not guaranteed until confirmed by event organizers.
• Alternative programming of equal value may be offered when an activity has reached capacity.
• Capacity limits are established to ensure participant safety and compliance with venue occupancy requirements.

Children's Cancellation & Credit Policy

Child Add-On Registrations

Due to limited capacity and advance reservation of activity spaces, child add-on registrations are non-refundable. If a child is unable to attend the event after registration, the value of the child add-on ticket may be applied as a credit toward a future wellness program, workshop, or event offered through wellness.peds360plus.com.

Credit Terms

• Credits must be used for a future eligible wellness event, class, workshop, or program sponsored by Peds 360+™ Integrative Pediatric Practice.
• Advance registration is required for all future events using event credit.
• Credits are subject to availability and capacity limitations of the future program selected.
• Credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash refunds.
• Credits are transferable only with prior written approval from Peds 360+™ Integrative Pediatric Practice.
• Requests for credit should be submitted before the start of the scheduled event whenever possible.

Child Activity Add-On Cancellation Policy

Because children's activity spaces are reserved in advance and have limited capacity, child add-on registrations are non-refundable.
