Peeps is the only UK charity dedicated to supporting those affected by H.I.E. HIE stands for hypoxic-ischaemic encephalopathy. It is a lack of oxygen to the brain that can cause injury.

Over 650 families across the UK are currently registered with Peeps, accessing support and resources. 

We're proud to provide emotional, social, practical, financial and peer support to any affected family in the UK. We provide counselling and trauma therapies, funding for equipment, peer support, free parent packs, online and in-person meet ups and events for families, bereavement support and so much more.
