Michelle is the Director of Performance, Culture, and Delivery at the Institute of Occupational Medicine (IOM) in Edinburgh, UK. With over 20 years of HR and Operations management experience, she excels in strategic and operational leadership within complex organisations. At IOM, she partners with business leaders to enhance culture, employee engagement, leadership development, work systems, employee relations, policy development, and internal communications. Additionally, she volunteers as the chairperson for Childcare Connections and serves on the board of Bonnyrigg Rose Football Club (Men’s First Team). |
