The agenda for this years annual general meeting is as follows....

- 7pm: The Pelican Choir !!
- 8-8.30pm: RALLY !!!

From the Philippines... We spotlight the spirit of genuine, militant, anti-imperialist trade unionism embodied by Kilusang Mayo Uno (KMU), a national labour centre leading workers’ struggles for rights and sovereignty. We’ll be joined through a same-day edit of the massive May Day mobilisation in Manila, shared by a comrade from Reel News on the ground during KMU’s 37th International Solidarity Affair—bringing the energy, resistance, and collective power of Filipino workers directly into our space.

To Birmingham...
We are ecstatic to welcome the victorious Birmingham Bin Strikers, who after 15 months of steadfast pickets, have won their strike against Birmingham council! Nearly bankrupt from over a decade of austerity, the council had tried to slash workers pay and conditions, before trying to break the strike with scab labour. But supported on miltant pickets by thousands of workers from across the country - including teachers and nurses, shopworkers and firefighters, postal workers and civil servants - the Bin Strikers have once again proved that the people united will never be defeated!

Alongside members of... United Voices of the World and Ridley Road Market Occupation!

- 9pm-late: Nu Earth Groove!!!!! Deeply inspired by Steamdown, Sons Of Kemet and Sarathy Korwar, expect rhythms from Afrika, Asia and Latin Amerika, to liberate the body, spirit and mind

SEE YOU THERE!
