Pendleton on Wheels (POW) is a cycling club promoting the sport of bicycling & bicycle safety.  Club rides are held Saturdays from April through mid-October. Visitors are always welcome. Additionally, POW is a 501c4 organization providing $500 grants to youth organizations in the Pendleton, OR area.
