Women’s Adventure Club – Coasteering

Saturday 26th July | 10am – 3pm

Join our Women’s Adventure Club for a day of Coasteering. What is Coasteering I hear you ask? Coasteering is an adventuous activity that involves traversing the intertidal zone of rocky coastlines by swimming, climbing, scrambling and sometimes jumping aka loads of fun!

This friendly introduction to Coasteering is perfect for women who have never coasteered before and want to experience the activity in a  supportive and encouraging environment. And if you've coasteered loads before you are also welcome to join. This day will be about having fun, experiencing an interesting landscape and building confidence with movement on rock and also different water entries. There will be opportunities to do some bigger jumps for those who want to.

The session will be led by Emily Ashton Hughes and a trainee instructor to create a welcoming, supportive space for women to develop their confidence outdoors on the rock and in the water.
