Late Summer Elemental Wellbeing Day Retreat at Trigonos

Thursday 10th September | 9am – 5pm

Join our Women’s Adventure Club for a nourishing and restorative day of movement, connection with nature and the elements in the Nantlle Valley..

This retreat day is designed for those who want to connect with nature and other women, resetting their intentions as we move into autumn. The day blends gentle adventure, wild swimming, nourishing food and restorative practices, all held in the beautiful landscape surrounding Trigonos.

We’ll begin with a guided hike for a couple of hours, through the historic slate quarries to the summit of Mynydd y Cilgwyn, taking in stunning views across the Nantlle Valley. On returning to Trigonos, we’ll enjoy a nourishing vegetarian lunch made with produce from their biodynamic farm. The afternoon will move indoors, focusing on deep rest and reflection, including a restorative yoga session and a relaxing gong bath with Gemma Ellis (@enaideryri). We’ll explore intention setting together throughout the day and finish around the fire with tea and cake. Wild swim in Llyn Nantlle Uchaf
