Spring Flowers & Flow

The Spring Flowers & Flow event by Peony and Pose is a beautifully curated workshop that blends gentle yoga with creative floristry in the magical setting of The Lost Village of Dode.

What to Expect:

• Gentle Yoga Flow with Lauren: Awaken your body and mind with a nourishing yoga practice led by Lauren, designed to reflect the themes of growth, renewal, and blossoming that spring brings. This gentle yet invigorating flow is suitable for all levels and will leave you feeling refreshed, grounded, and ready to embrace the season ahead.

• Flower Arranging with Nel: After yoga, immerse yourself in the art of floristry with Nel, who will guide you in creating a stunning hand-tied bouquet using beautiful, British-grown seasonal flowers. Celebrate the freshness and sustainability of British blooms while learning expert techniques.

• Indulgent Treats: Unwind and celebrate Spring with a glass of fizz and a slice of homemade cake, soaking in the tranquil and historic atmosphere of The Lost Village of Dode.

This workshop is a perfect escape for those looking to welcome the energy of spring, get creative, and immerse themselves in nature whilst working with the finest British- grown flowers.

The building and grounds will be open to explore after the workshop.

What to bring:

• Wear comfortable clothing that's easy to move in and an extra layer to keep warm in savasana.

• If you want an extra cosy savasana, bring a blanket and eye-mask.

• We do have yoga mats, but you can bring your own.

• Water to stay hydrated.

• We will be offering fizz, but you're welcome to bring a flask of tea or coffee too!

*In case of allergies, please note there is straw on the floor of Dode and we will be working with fresh flowers. Please notify Peony & Pose if you have any allergies or intolerances.
