The People's Bookshop is delighted to welcome Jeremy Corbyn and Rhona Michie, two of the co-authors of the new book, Monstrous Anger of the Guns: How the Global Arms Trade is Ruining the World &What We Can Do About It.

With the spread of Israel's war against Palestine to Lebanon and the escalating tensions between 'the West' and Russia caused by the situation in the Ukraine, the question of how to end 'the market of death, known in polite society as the arms trade' (Jeremy Corbyn) could not be more urgent.

Doors open at 6.30 for a 7pm start. Tickets are £5 which can be applied to the cost of the book on the night.
