Emory Southwick, Pride of Place: Queer Spaces of County Durham -- book launch

The People's Bookshop is delighted to welcome Emory Southwick the editor of Pride of Place: Queer Spaces of County Durham,  a collection of art, poetry, and stories that unapologetically celebrate the variety of queer experiences and spaces in County Durham. Emory will be in conversation with Miles from Bookwyrm, one of the other great indie bookshop in Durham. Signed copies of the book will be available for purchase from Emory on the night.

Doors open at 6.30 for a 7 o'clock start. Tickets are a fiver, which includes wine, non-alcoholic drinks, and snacks!
