Censoring Palestine: A film and discussion
Censoring Palestine: A film and discussion
Need help?
A genocide is occurring in Palestine yet neither the newspapers nor TV news report the full horror of what is occurring.
Israel murders Palestinian journalists in Gaza while the BBC looks away; voices raised in support of Palestine are censured or banned; protesters against the genocide are vilified or arrested; and our government is steadfast in its support for Israel. It neither speaks out meaningfully against what is happening nor acts to cut off the supply of arms to Israel.
Please join us for a screening of the powerful documentary film, Censoring Palestine, from Platform Films, (who also made 'Oh Jeremy Corbyn - The Big Lie') which examines this denialism of what is happening in Gaza and the most outrageous attack on free speech in modern times.
The film will be introduced by a member of the County Durham Palestine Solidarity Campaign and PSC will lead a discussion of it afterwards.
Tickets are £5 including refreshments. Doors open at 6.30 for a 7pm start and the evening will end at about 9.30pm.
