To mark the launch of Perspectiva’s Digital Ego project, psychotherapist and bestselling author Philippa Perry talks to Tom Chatfield and Dan Nixon about what it has meant for our lives and relationships to migrate online during the last year; what we’ve learned about treating each other and ourselves well in a digital age; and what it means to align technology with the things that matter most.
