Musical Nature Walk 2025

This unique experience combines music and nature in the stunning setting that is Tecasy Ranch!  Musicians from the Peterborough Symphony Orchestra, guides from Tecasy Ranch, and expert naturalists from the Peterborough Field Naturalists come together once again for our Musical Nature Walk, 2025.  Guests will be split into small groups and assigned to a specific guide and naturalist team for the afternoon, who will lead them along the walking trails to the various small ensemble performances, all the while interpreting the surrounding flora and fauna.  

The Musical Nature Walk is designed so that walking segments are interspersed with resting/listening segments and will take advantage of the beautiful early Fall temperatures.  Guests will be invited to park on-site and light refreshments will be available for purchase.  Carpooling is encouraged.

Note on Accessibility:  the walking trails at Tecasy are primarily categorized as, "green" or suitable for casual hikers.  The terrain on all trails is uneven (roots and rocks present) and there are some uphill/downhill sections.  Suitable footwear and comfortable apparel are highly recommended, and hiking/walking poles are encouraged if you normally use them.  This event is not suitable for patrons with mobility devices.

All guests must fill out a Liability Waiver ahead of the event, either online by clicking here, or in person on the day of the Musical Nature Walk.

Please note: Tickets are non-refundable but completely transferable. If you cannot use your tickets or give them to a friend, you can return them to the PSO for a tax receipt up to 48 hours before the show.

• printing at home using the Ticket Tailor confirmation email
• pick up at the ticket table at the Emmanuel United main entrance one hour before the show
• call or email the PSO office directly to arrange pick-up a minimum of 48 hours before showtime
