Session 2: Cutting Through the Noise Monday 30 November, 11:45am - 12:30pm
If someone asked you right now what matters most in your work, could you answer clearly? Most of us can list what's urgent. Fewer of us can name what's important. And the gap between those two things? That’s where burnout lives.
Cutting Through the Noise is a free session designed to help you cut through the noise and get honest about where your energy is going. It's reflective, practical, and built for anyone who suspects they're spending too much time on the wrong things.
What you'll walk away with:
- A simple way to distinguish between urgent and genuinely important
- How to identify what drains your energy versus what fuels it
- Why clarity on what matters protects your mental health
- One practical change you can make this week
The details: Monday 30 November 2026, 11:45 to 12:30 | Online via Zoom (grab a cuppa or your lunch and join from wherever you are) | Free to attend, with an optional donation
This is the second of four Monday lunchtime sessions running through to 14 December. Each one stands alone, so come to one or come to all. No training or preparation needed. Just bring your honest self.
Delivered by Peter Larkum, Mental Health and Neurodiversity speaker and trainer.
