Session 3: Boundaries Without Guilt Monday 7 December, 11:45am - 12:30pm
Most of us know we need better boundaries. Fewer of us know how to set them without feeling like we're letting people down.
We say yes when we mean no. We check emails at 10pm "just in case." We absorb other people's stress because it feels selfish not to. Then we wonder why we're exhausted.
Boundaries Without Guilt is a free session designed to help you protect your time and energy without becoming the person who never helps. It's practical, compassionate, and built for anyone who's ever thought "I should probably say no to this" and then said yes anyway.
What you'll walk away with:
- Why guilt is a normal part of setting boundaries (and how to sit with it)
- How to say no without damaging relationships
- The difference between being supportive and being depleted
- Practical scripts you can use this week
The details: Monday 7 December 2026, 11:45 to 12:30 | Online via Zoom (grab a cuppa or your lunch and join from wherever you are) | Free to attend, with an optional donation
This is the third of four Monday lunchtime sessions running through to 14 December. Each one stands alone, so come to one or come to all. No training needed. Just the courage to be honest about what you need.
Delivered by Peter Larkum, Mental Health and Neurodiversity speaker and trainer.
