Session 4: Being Present Monday 14 December, 11:45am - 12:30pm
It's the last full week before Christmas. Your to-do list is enormous. Your brain is already half-planning the holidays. And I'm asking you to spend 45 minutes practising being present.
Here's why: everything we've explored this autumn (slowing down, noticing, asking for help, setting boundaries) depends on one thing. Being here. Actually here. Not half-listening while composing an email in your head. Not nodding while planning your next meeting. Present.
Being Present is a free session designed to help you show up more fully for the people and the work that matter. It's reflective, interactive, and the perfect way to close out the year.
What you'll walk away with:
- What "being present" actually means in practice (not just in theory)
- Why presence is the foundation of every conversation that matters
- How to stay grounded when everything is pulling you away
- A simple practice you can carry into the new year
The details: Monday 14 December 2026, 11:45 to 12:30 | Online via Zoom (grab a cuppa or your lunch and join from wherever you are) | Free to attend, with an optional donation
This is the final session in a series. Each one stands alone, but if you've been on the journey with us, this is where it all comes together. No training needed. Just you, wherever you are.
Delivered by Peter Larkum, Mental Health and Neurodiversity speaker and trainer.
