Following a comprehensive refurbishment in 2018, Boronia Kitchen opened its doors to introduce Chef Simon Sandall's uncomplicated, freshly prepared, and vibrant cuisine to the community.

Owner and Chef Simon Sandall brings over 30 years of culinary expertise, originating from his early days in London's renowned restaurants. His journey continued in Australia, where he served as the Head Chef of ARIA Sydney and later as the Executive Chef for the entire Morsul Group for a decade. With a fervor for fresh produce and a commitment to crafting seasonal dishes, Chef Simon is dedicated to creating meals that resonate with the community of Hunters Hill, where he has been a longtime local resident.
