Located on the historic Finger Wharf in Woolloomooloo, China Doll is an award-winning venue offering the ultimate Sydney dining experience. The menu, featuring premium and ethically sourced ingredients, presents a modern interpretation of culinary traditions from China, Hong Kong, Japan, and Southeast Asia. Leading the kitchen is head chef Frank Shek, who began his culinary journey at just six years old in his family's Chinese restaurant in Scotland. Frank quickly embraced the fast-paced excitement of the kitchen, honing intricate techniques passed down through generations of his Cantonese heritage.
