Petersons Wines is delighted to once again invite you to join us at Emma's Snack Bar. Emma's has been a truly iconic fixture on our calendar and is always very fast to sell out, so please secure your tickets soon!

Emma's Snack bar is a legendary local institution. In 1970, Lebanese immigrants George and Emma Sofy opened a "mixed business" corner store to serve the needs of the neighbourhood. By the late 1980s it was rustling up sandwiches and Emma's Lebanese food. The son Anthony took over as owner-chef in 1999 and opened a restaurant called Emma's on Liberty, which later transformed into Emma's Snack Bar.

This place is just good, honest food - the freshest of ingredients and the most beautiful flavours leave you salivating for more!
