Petersons and Savannah x Duckfat Brisbane - Wine Matching Dinner

We are excited to invite our Brisbane family to join us for a Wine Dinner at Duckfat in Newstead on Thursday 6th August 2026. This dinner will showcase a range of both Petersons and Savannah Estate Wines, focusing primarily on some of our most exciting new releases. 

Duckfat is redefining what modern French dining can be. By stripping away the formality and replacing it with bold flavours, creativity and a genuine sense of fun. Drawing on classical French technique while embracing contemporary influences, every dish is designed to surprise, delight an demonstrate that outstanding French food should be approachable, inclusive and enjoyed as an everyday indulgence rather than something reserved for special occasions. 

The team have worked to create a very special menu for us and this will be paired to an exceptional range of Petersons and Savannah Estate Wines.
