Petersons and Savannah x The Herring Room - Wine Matching Dinner

The team from Petersons Wines and Savannah Estate are excited to Welcome you to the Herring Room in Manly for a special food and wine matching dinner on Thursday 20th August 2026.

"Established in 2015, The Herring Room is family owned & run by local veterans of the industry, with an emphasis on good old fashioned hospitality at it’s core. The Herring Rooms contemporary menu is inspired by flavours & dishes from all around the world. The menu proudly lists the provenance of all of its produce, selecting only the highest quality of seasonal produce from local, sustainable & environmentally sensitive fisheries & farms"

Now headed up by Danny Jeong (ex-Aria), who is writing the next chapter of Herring Room history with his creative and fresh approach to the restaurant's ethos. Danny has prepared a special menu especially for this event, which will be masterfully matched to a range of Petersons and Savannah Estate Wines.
