Colin and Savannah Peterson of Petersons Wines and Savannah Estate in the Hunter Valley warmly invite you to join them for a beautiful Mediterranean-inspired dinner at Sirena Seaside in Nelson Bay on Thursday, 15th October 2026.

It promises to be a wonderful evening of great food, beautiful wines and good company, hosted personally by Colin and Savannah. 

Petersons Wines has been crafting true wines of distinction since 1981, when Colin, together with his parents Ian and Shirley, established the original Petersons vineyard at Mount View in the Hunter Valley. It didn’t take long for Petersons to make its mark. The wines earned acclaim and awards from an early stage, building a fiercely loyal following and becoming a fixture in cellars and on dining tables across NSW and beyond. More than four decades later, the Peterson family’s passion for exceptional wine continues. Today, Colin’s daughter Savannah is at the helm, carrying forward the family’s unwavering commitment to quality while also forging her own path with her label, Savannah Estate.

Perched on the upper level of the marina in beautiful Nelson Bay, Sirena Seaside enjoys a picturesque waterfront setting overlooking the sparkling waters of Port Stephens. The restaurant celebrates the relaxed spirit of Mediterranean dining, with a strong Italian influence and a focus on fresh, seasonal produce. Regional Italian flavours sit alongside an abundance of locally sourced seafood, creating a dining experience that feels perfectly at home by the water. 

Sirena Seaside have prepared a stunning bespoke menu for the event, which will be expertly paired to a range of Premium Savannah Estate and Petersons Wines.
