Practical Mindfulness: Meditation for a Busy Life - with Laura Coleman

Wednesday 27th March 2025, Newlands House Gallery, 6pm

Meditation and mindfulness can boost mental clarity, reduce stress, enhance brain function, and support overall well-being. But in the midst of a busy life, how do you make it work—and how do you know if you’re doing it right?

In this practical and accessible session, we’ll break it down into simple steps that fit into real life. You’ll discover how mindfulness and meditation truly work, explore different approaches to find what suits you, and leave with the confidence to start making meditation a regular habit.

This session is for you if:

• You’re curious about how mindfulness and meditation support well-being

• You’ve tried meditation before but struggled to make it stick

• You’d love to integrate meditation into your daily routine in a way that feels natural and sustainable
