London Electric Track Day - PEV Connect UK July Takeover

🚨 PEV CONNECT UK IS BACK... AND WE ARE TAKING OVER REDBRIDGE. 🚨

A massive 4-hour private track day inside the M25 for less than the price of a 15-minute go-karting session. This is the event of the summer—do not miss out!

We have legally secured the Redbridge Cycling Centre—right here in Greater London—for a massive, fully insured PEV takeover. No pedestrians, no cars, no dog walkers, and no driving hours into the middle of nowhere. Just pristine, grippy tarmac, a dedicated off-road dirt hour, pure freedom, and the best community in the UK. This event is stepping it up—more organized, highly structured, and perfectly suited for track day performance.

WHY JOIN THE TRACK DAY?

• Push Your Limits: Ride at speeds you can’t legally hit anywhere else in London.
• Meet the Community: Connect with riders from across the country in a safe, private environment.
• Professional Setup: Dynamic session management ensures you are always riding safely with people at your skill level.

THE SETUP & SCHEDULE

• 2:30 PM – 5:30 PM (Tarmac Road Circuit): We will manage the track flow dynamically on the day based on attendee numbers. Expect a mix of dedicated Slow, Fast, and Open sessions depending on what is safest and most fluid for the group.
• 5:30 PM – 6:30 PM (MTB Offroad Track & Jumps): To close out the day, we are opening up the dirt track for a 1-hour all-out off-road session.

PERMITTED VEHICLES

• EUCs, Onewheels, E-Skates, E-Scooters, Sur-Rons, Stealth Bombers, Small minibikes (Razor/Ebox), and more that fits this criteria.
• Strictly NO full-size electric motorcycles (e.g., Varg or Ultra Bee), go-karts, or quads. The Venue may ban you if these are ridden within the Premises.

THE GOLDEN RULES & SAFETY

• Wristbands Mandatory: Your ticket and wristband will be strictly checked before you are allowed onto the track. No wristband, no ride. Please note that tickets are only sold online; there will be no in-person tickets available at the venue.
• 40+ MPH Rule: Anyone planning to ride at 40mph or above must wear a full-face helmet. Our marshals will be actively checking this on track.
• MTB Track Waiver: The offroad track is inherently more dangerous and harder to manage. Marshals may not be present in this section. Riding in a group is highly recommended, and the injury waiver must be acknowledged for dirt access.
• Respect the Marshals: Track Marshals will be riding in every session. Their word is final.
• Zero Tolerance: This is a professional event. Anyone riding recklessly or ignoring marshals will be instantly ejected without a refund and permanently banned from Redbridge Cycling Centre.

🔌 POWER & CHARGING LIMITATIONS (STRICTLY ENFORCED)

• We have secured access to 6 sockets located in the small building opposite the main one.
• Each circuit can host one 4-way extension, giving us a maximum of 24 plugs total.
• NO HIGH-AMP CHARGERS: Fast chargers that consume over 10A are strictly forbidden. If we spot one, we will unplug it immediately to prevent tripping the building's power.
• Charging spots are extremely limited. We strongly recommend arriving with 100% battery! There will be no charging allowed in the Cafe.

AGE LIMITS & MINORS

• Minimum Age: 12 years old.
• Under 18s: Any rider aged 12–17 MUST be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the entire duration of the event. The parent/guardian must be the one to purchase the ticket and sign the digital liability waiver on the minor's behalf.
