Rising Tide Productions is partnering with PH Coffee to create a pop-up bar event based on Harry Potter*, "The-Pop-Up-That-Must-Not-Be-Named!"

In the style of last Halloween's "Amuck Amuck Amuck" based on Hocus Pocus, we present a theatrical pop-up bar featuring an original musical parody with live actors!

Enter through the back alley of PH Coffee and be transported into the magical world of Harry Potter! Our trio of heroes is on a mission to manage mischief, and they need an audience to make it so! Enjoy delicious themed libations and tasty bites while you join them on their interactive Kansas City adventure! Costumes and spellcasting always encouraged!

Featuring Aurelia Power as Harry, Aalayah Norwood as Hermione, & Ellis Wallace as Ron

Seating is RSVP only, from 7:30-10:30PM

Tables are purchased as a group, and individual seats are also available.

RSVP Tickets to this event are $18 per seat (plus tax & Ticket Tailor booking fees).

Tickets only available via tickettailor.com, and can be purchased at the door, but we recommend buying in advance to reserve your spot!

*There will be smoke machines & performance lights in use during the pop up bar.

Come wish Harry a Happy Birthday with drinks for our younger audience as well as adults-only crafted cocktails, and delicious snacks to enjoy! 

Our original non-alcoholic Fizzing Whizzbee potion will be awaiting you at your chair, along with a bowl of popcorn fit for a Muggle!

Butterbeer

cream soda, essence of caramel & butter, butterscotch whipped cream

Polyjuice Potion

passion fruit syrup, green tea, lemon juice, citrus soda

Fizzing Whizzbee

sparkling wine, blue curacao, blueberries, pop rocks

Acid Pops

gin, campari, sweet vermouth, pomegranate juice, activated charcoal

old fashioned (rye, bourbon, simple syrup, bitters) served with a shot Cinnamon Stone Breaker Whiskey

So how does it all work?

- Purchase your RSVP Only Seating tickets on the website, & arrive by 7:30PM! The live show will "pop-up" shortly thereafter!

- The front door of PH Coffee will be closed, except for requested accommodations. The entrance to the event will be through the back door of PH, through the alley off the parking lot.

- The host will check you in, check your IDs, & give you a wristband if you are under 21 years old. 

- You can purchase food/beverages at the bar or via our table ordering QR code system.

- Beverages/food will be delivered to your table by our bartenders.

- There will be a live performance during your visit, including a brief intermission, and some easy interactive games to play with the actors.

What all is included in the ticket price?

Entrance to the pop up bar, live entertainment, popcorn for the table & a refreshing non alcoholic potion of Fizzing Whizzbee

Can I bring the kids?

Yes, we have a selection of drinks for our younger friends, and the live entertainment is family friendly. There may be flashing lights & smoke machines in use during the live performance.
