5^th Annual George Arbocus Education Course

The STLE Philadelphia Section is proud to announce that the 5th Annual George Arbocus Education Course will be held on Thursday, October 19th starting at our usual time of 1:00 PM. The meeting will be held at Sandy Run Country Club in Oreland PA. Our October Education course will honor friend George Arbocus and will feature 3 expert speakers on the topic of Sustainability.

Registration:

☐ Early Registration Lecture and buffet style lunch: $40 ($20 retirees and unemployed colleagues)  if registration received by the end of the day on Monday, October 16th

☐ Lecture and buffet style lunch: $45 ($20 retirees and unemployed colleagues) for registrations between Tuesday, October 17th and the meeting on Thursday, October 19th. This includes walk-ins.

☐Lecture only: $20 (includes those attending virtually)

We request contributions be made to the STLE Philadelphia Section Student  Scholarship Fund

DAY-OF REGISTRATION WILL BE AVAILABLE ON 10/19/2023

Directions: Exit PA Turnpike at Fort Washington Exit

Pass toll booth and 309 interchange and make a left at the first light onto Pennsylvania Avenue

Take Pennsylvania Avenue for approximately 1 mile and make a right at the first light onto Camp Hill Rd.

Continue under the viaduct and make the 2^nd left onto Valley Green Road

Sandy Run Country Club is approximately ½ mile down on the left hand side

Future Meetings: Theme based meetings are planned throughout the 2023-2024 year. All meetings

will be hybrid with the exception of the Thursday January 18^th meeting which will be  virtual only. 

In-person, hybrid meetings will take place at Sandy Run Country Club. Our next meeting will be on Thursday, November 30^th and will be a metalworking fluid program. Details on future meetings will follow.
