Phillippa Lennon is a Transformational Coach, Relationship Specialist, and Holistic Wellbeing Practitioner who has spent over 20 years exploring what helps people heal, reconnect with themselves, and create meaningful change.
She is known for creating deeply safe, nurturing, and transformational spaces where people feel genuinely seen, accepted, supported, and able to soften into who they truly are.
Her work integrates psychology, coaching, nervous system awareness, emotional wellbeing, embodiment, relational dynamics, mindfulness, and holistic wellbeing practices.

1. Is this event suitable for beginners who have never been to a retreat like this before?
Yes. No prior experience is needed. This is a welcoming, relaxed, emotionally safe space where you are invited — not pressured — to participate in the way that feels right for you.
2. Where is this event taking place?
St Peter & St Paul’s Church (Bromley Parish Church), Church Road, Bromley, Kent, BR2 0EG.
It is a light-filled community space with access to a garden and disabled access.
3. What are the transport options to this event?
Bromley South is the nearest train station, approximately a 5-minute walk from the venue, with fast and frequent trains from London Victoria (around 15- 20 minutes).
There are also local bus routes nearby, making the venue easy to access by public transport.

4. Is there parking at the venue?
If you are driving, there is limited parking available at the church and on nearby streets, as well as public car parks within a short walk. You may also find nearby parking options using Parkopedia.
5. What do I need to bring with me?
- A pillow or cushion to sit on, and a blanket for the sound bath
- An eye mask (optional)
- A pen and a journal
- Lunch and drinks are provided, but feel free to bring a bottle of water with you.
6. What clothes should I wear?
Please wear clothes you feel comfortable and relaxed in. Leggings or loose-fitting trousers are perfect. Layers are recommended.
