Come learn about Millennium Partners' stunning development, Winthrop Center, which brings Passive House standards to a next-generation commercial office building in downtown Boston. This project case study presentation will be a deep dive into the Passive House certification strategy and how the project team navigated the complexities of this ambitious project. It will also explore how climate and sustainability play a critical role in attracting tenants, and how the conversation around sustainable value and market perception has changed since the project started in 2016.
